The wall mounted boiler produces hot water but does not ignite, which may be due to one of the following reasons: 1
1. Gas valve not open: Check if the gas valve is open. If not, please open the gas valve.
2. The water heater is not powered on: Check if the water heater is powered on. If it is not powered on, please check if the power supply is normal.
3. Igniter problem: Check if the igniter is normal. If there is a problem with the igniter, please replace it.
4. Gas pipeline blockage: Check if the gas pipeline is blocked. If it is blocked, please clean the gas pipeline.
5. Water heater problem: If all of the above are normal, but the water heater still cannot ignite, it may be a problem with the water heater itself, and professional technicians need to be hired for maintenance.
1. Ignition failure (unable to ignite) Gas stove:
1. Pulse igniter without battery or low battery voltage → Install battery or replace battery.
2. The gas source switch is not turned on or the inflation pressure is insufficient → Turn on the gas source switch or replace the gas cylinder, or inquire with the gas company if the gas is stopped.
3. Improper or contaminated distance between ignition electrode and induction electrode → Adjust the ignition electrode to a reasonable distance and clean the electrode.
4. The high inflation pressure causes the airflow velocity to be too fast, which impacts the electric spark. It is suitable to adjust the opening of the gas source switch to reduce the inflation pressure.
5. The ignition nozzle is too large, causing excessive airflow and impacting the electric spark. Replace the nozzle.
6. The roller head is damaged, causing ignition to occur too close to the damaged area → replace the magnetic head.
8. The ignition output cable is not firmly connected to the porcelain head → Insert it firmly with force and use 502 glue or other adhesive to stick it firmly.
9. The output cable is damaged, causing over ignition. Replace the cable or wrap the damaged area with insulating tape.
10. The internal impact block of the switch is worn or broken → Replace with a new impact block, paying attention to the correct installation location.
11. Poor contact of micro switch for pulse ignition total stroke → Repair or replace micro switch.
12. Spider webs are stored in front of the ignition nozzle or ignition bracket → Remove the spider webs.
13. Rubber hose compression, twisting or blockage → Remove the blockage, correct or replace the rubber hose.
