Due to non coating product reasons, the same batch of materials may exhibit color differences, flower patterns, and coating defects. Please pay attention to the following construction precautions:

1. Insufficient curing period for the base layer and putty, resulting in high moisture content in the base layer, with the pH value of the base layer moisture content controlled below 10%;

2. The primer roller coating is missed, causing uneven water absorption of the real stone paint and resulting in color difference and blooming. The areas with primer dry slowly and the color is darker, while the areas without primer dry quickly and the color is lighter;

3. Inconsistent spraying time and temperature result in inconsistent film formation. Low temperature leads to slow drying and dark color, while high temperature leads to fast drying and light color;

4. Inconsistent spraying techniques; Inconsistent dilution ratios result in inconsistent thickness of the paint film, with darker and lighter colors for thicker and thinner paint films;

5. Haze weather, low temperature and high humidity weather, low temperature film formation; Construction environment and film-forming environment above 5 ℃, humidity below 85%;

6. The high moisture content of the base layer before spraying and the poor water absorption and film-forming properties of the paint film caused by rain 24 hours after spraying can lead to flower formation. Pay attention to the local weather forecast and do not apply the topcoat before and after construction.
