A reasonable distance is 2/3 of the height of the oil filter mesh. The oil filter must be fully inserted into the oil surface, so that the oil can enter the oil pipe from all directions and the filter mesh can be fully utilized

When cleaning the metal mesh filter element, a brush can be used to scrub it in gasoline. Cleaning high-precision filter elements requires ultra clean cleaning solution or detergent. Special mesh made of metal wire and stainless steel avant-garde sintering can be cleaned with ultrasonic waves or backwashed with liquid flow. The filter element should be blocked at the filter port during cleaning to prevent dirt from entering the filter chamber

When the differential pressure indicator of the oil filter displays a red signal, it is necessary to perform technical cleaning or replace the filter element.

The installation position of the oil filter in the hydraulic system mainly depends on its purpose. In order to filter out dirt from the hydraulic oil source and protect the hydraulic pump, a coarse oil filter should be installed in the oil suction pipeline; To protect critical hydraulic components, a fine oil filter is installed in front of them; The rest should install the oil filter in the low-pressure circuit pipeline
