Firstly, if the system can be accessed in safe mode, right-click on "My Computer" ->"Properties" ->"Advanced" ->"Settings" in "Startup and Recovery" ->uncheck the box before "Automatic Restart" in "System Failure" ->"OK" ->restart the computer to see if it can be resolved.

If the fault persists, you can try the following methods to solve it:

1. Virus, Trojan, and other issues: Remove the hard drive and hang it on another computer to kill viruses.

2. Heat dissipation issue: Open the chassis, remove dust from the CPU and graphics card fans, lubricate or replace the fans with new ones.

3. CPU issue: Some internal functional circuits of the CPU are damaged. Replace and eliminate them with a good CPU.

4. Voltage issue: The mains voltage is unstable. When the mains voltage drops below 170V, the computer will automatically restart or shut down; The power supply of the chassis is insufficient. Replace it with a high-quality and high-power 130-260V wide switching power supply.

5. Memory issue: Re insert the memory or change the slot, increase the memory, and replace it with high-quality memory.

6. Graphics card and external device issues: The integrated graphics card and sound card conflict with the added independent graphics card and sound card, causing restarts, and blocking the built-in integrated graphics card and sound card on the motherboard. When the graphics card and network card are loose, and there is a malfunction or incompatibility in the parallel port, serial port, or USB interface connection, they will automatically restart, plug in, or replace external devices.

7. Host power issue: The mains plug of the host switch power supply is loose, with poor contact and tight insertion.

8. Memory issue: Re insert the memory or change the slot, increase the memory, and replace it with high-quality memory.

9. Motherboard power issue: The ATX20 socket of the motherboard's power supply has virtual soldering and poor contact. If it is due to virtual soldering of the motherboard's solder joints, use an electric soldering iron to repair it directly.

10. BIOS issue: Set the BIOS to factory default, remove the motherboard battery, connect the positive and negative terminals of the motherboard battery slot, discharge, and then reinstall the battery.

11. Driver issue: Reinstall the motherboard, graphics card, sound card, and network card drivers using the driver wizard.

12. Software issues: Software problems, software damage, reinstallation of software, incompatibility between software and system, conflicts between software. If you have recently installed any new software, try uninstalling it.

13
System file issue: System files are damaged, causing the system to be unable to complete initialization and forced to restart and reinstall during startup.
