Fault 1: No response after power-on. This indicates a fault in the power supply component, but it is necessary to determine whether it is an internal power supply fault or an external power supply fault. Therefore, the external power supply should first be inspected to confirm whether its specifications meet the corresponding standards. If the external power supply is functioning properly, the internal power supply should be checked to verify whether it is damaged. If so, a new power supply should be replaced.
Fault 2: Sudden shutdown. This may be due to the user accidentally unplugging the power. The power outlet should be checked. If not, it could be a machine issue, possibly caused by the thermal protection function. If so, it indicates the machine has overheated and simply needs to rest for a while, so there is no need for projector repair.
Fault 3: White screen appears, or with blue-purple patches. This is due to a malfunction in the optical system caused by damage to the red polarizer. Simply replacing the red polarizer will resolve the issue. If replacement is necessary, it is best to seek professional assistance, as the machine must be disassembled first, and high voltage exists inside. Non-professionals will undoubtedly be unsure how to handle it.
Fault Four: Unable to project normally. This is due to a machine cable malfunction or an inactive external video port on the computer. In fact, as long as the projector is an authentic product and used correctly, there is almost no need to address maintenance issues. The above-mentioned problems are minor and can be resolved independently by communicating with customer service.
