1. Foundation reinforcement: solving settlement and uneven stress
Static pressure pile replacement:
Applicable scenarios: Houses with insufficient foundation bearing capacity or uneven settlement (such as soft soil foundation and backfill soil areas).
Construction key points: Use hydraulic equipment to press prefabricated piles into the foundation, transfer the upper load to the deep stable soil layer, and connect the pile top to the original foundation through a bearing platform.
Case: An old residential building experienced wall cracking due to foundation settlement. After using static pressure piles for support, the settlement stopped and the cracks closed.
Grouting reinforcement:
Applicable scenarios: Uneven settlement caused by sand, silt foundation or local voids.
Construction points: After drilling, inject cement slurry or chemical slurry to fill the gaps and improve the compactness. The grouting pressure should be controlled at 0.2-0.5MPa.
Advantages: Low construction noise, low impact on the surrounding environment, suitable for densely populated urban areas.
2. Beam and column reinforcement: enhance bearing capacity and deformation resistance
Paste carbon fiber cloth:
Applicable scenarios: Bending reinforcement of concrete beams and slabs, or compression reinforcement of columns.
Key points of construction:
Base treatment: Polish the concrete surface to a rough finish and remove floating dust.
Brushing primer: Apply structural adhesive primer evenly to enhance adhesion.
Paste carbon cloth: Lay carbon fiber cloth according to the design direction, and use a roller to compact and eliminate bubbles.
Surface protection: Apply surface glue or mortar to protect carbon cloth from UV aging.
Advantages: Light weight (only increasing by 0.1-0.2kN/m ²), fast construction time (3-5 days/floor), suitable for houses with limited space.
External steel reinforcement:
Applicable scenarios: compressive or seismic reinforcement of concrete columns.
Key points of construction:
Angle steel welding: L-shaped angle steel is welded at the four corners of the column and connected as a whole through a panel.
Grouting filling: Inject structural adhesive into the gap between the angle steel and concrete to ensure a tight fit.
Anti corrosion treatment: Apply anti rust paint to diagonal steel to extend its service life.
Advantages: Significantly improve bearing capacity (up to 50% -100%) without increasing cross-sectional size.
